A reoccurring theme of
money+ consumerism = bohemia = now mainstream
and an artist's take to push the boundaries should be removed from all mainstream for true bohemia. Now I'm looking for a 46 Bloomsbury contract as a seriously struggling writer! So am I bohemian aiming for bourgeois mainstream which is bohemian? Does it all cancel out then? Or double strength, money vehicle for absolute bohemia? Lets face it, if you have a penchant for cake rather than a substance addiction, food does come into the equation and 20's cocktails are so difficult to harvest from the garden.
Must skip in my birkenstocks to type on my painted 1930's typewriter!
